Welcome! Do you want more out of your life and relationships, yet are unsure of how to make that happen? Do feelings of uncertainty, worry, doubt or fear get in your way? Are you feeling alone or stuck, not sure as to the next step? People come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed because nothing seems to work.

I work with individuals who are dealing with relationship issues, low self-esteem, grief and loss , anxiety , depression, trauma related issues and offer support during difficult transitions. I help people identify and overcome obstacles allowing them to learn healthier ways of moving towards their goals. I believe that everyone has the ability to foster positive change in their lives, yet sometimes having a safe place to process and someone who’ll listen helps them reach their goals quicker.
